That’s why we’re launching the YAVICA Graduate Programme, a 12-month structured learning experience designed to give aspiring consultants a strong foundation in our way of working. But this isn’t just a programme; it’s the start of a meaningful career.
From day one, you’ll be a fully-paid YAVICA employee, working on real projects, collaborating with our teams, and learning from experienced professionals. You’ll gain technical expertise, develop consulting skills, and be part of an environment that values professional growth and personal development.

Our graduates don’t just complete a programme and move on; they become integral members of our team, with the opportunity to continue as Functional Consultants specialising in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and our solutions embedded in Dynamics FO365; FlexProperty, Data Management and Loan Management.

What you can expect
You will gain hands-on experience in key areas, including:
- Requirement Analysis – Understanding and analysing business needs.
- Solution Design – Developing tailored solutions for real-world challenges.
- Implementation – Configuring and deploying software solutions.
- Training & Support – Guiding end-users and ensuring they succeed.
- Testing & Documentation – Ensuring quality and keeping track of progress.
Who can apply?
One of the key differentiators of our programme is flexibility. While it’s called a Graduate Programme, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds who meet the requirements:
- A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s – not limited to IT or finance), but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- A keen interest in consulting, technology, software, finance, or real estate and a willingness to learn and grow.
- No prior consulting experience is required – we’ll train you.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is beneficial but not required).
- A valid work permit for Denmark.
This programme is also open to career changers – if you have experience in finance or banking and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect fit for you.

We are launching this programme in Denmark in 2025, but our vision doesn’t stop there. “In the future, we want to develop this programme across multiple countries,” says Ditte. “This is just the beginning.”
