But this isn’t just a programme; it’s the start of a meaningful career.
From day one, you’ll be a fully-paid YAVICA employee, working on real projects, collaborating with our teams, and learning from experienced professionals. You’ll gain technical expertise, develop consulting skills, and be part of an environment that values professional growth and personal development.

Our graduates don’t just complete a programme and move on; they become integral members of our team, with the opportunity to continue as Functional Consultants specialising in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and our solutions embedded in Dynamics FO365; FlexProperty, Data Management and Loan Management.

You’ll work closely with project teams, be assigned a mentor, and gain exposure to different areas of our business through department rotations.

We are launching this programme in Denmark in 2025, but our vision doesn’t stop there. “In the future, we want to develop this programme across multiple countries,” says Ditte. “This is just the beginning.”
