Yes and no. While the programme is designed to kickstart your career, it’s not limited to recent graduates. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who have a degree and meet the requirements.
No, a Master’s degree is not required. A Bachelor’s degree or another relevant degree is sufficient. We value skills, motivation, and passion over formal qualifications.
No prior work experience is required. However, you should have a keen interest in consulting, technology, software, finance, or real estate and be willing to learn and grow.
You must be fluent in oral and written English. Danish language skills are not required but could be an advantage.
Yes, international candidates can apply, but you must have a valid work permit for Denmark.
