Through this collaboration, NEPI Rockcastle aims to achieve an integration of data across the company’s core processes, such as: leasing, budget and forecasting, procurement, enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial reporting.

YAVICA’s real estate software is based on Microsoft’s Dynamics platform. It is developed for 45 countries in 43 languages, making it ideal for a wide range of international real estate portfolio companies such as Nepi Rockcastle.

YAVICA already has real estate clients who develop and operate shopping malls in most European countries, and the company’s customer base and experience helped convince NEPI Rockcastle that YAVICA was the right partner.
