Workspace Signs Real Estate Software Provider YAVICA To Support Growth​

Workspace Group, London’s leading provider of sustainable, flexible work space, has signed a contract with YAVICA, the fast-growing real estate software provider, to help support ongoing business growth.

Following a rapid recovery from the pandemic driven by strong customer demand, Workspace, the London-based FTSE-250 Real Estate Investment Trust, is investing in future-proofing its core business with YAVICA’s FlexProperty solution for real estate. With Workspace already managing many of its business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365, adding the embedded industry functionality supplied by YAVICA was a natural choice.


Increased Process Automation and Insight

“We have a well-established, scalable operating platform that allows us to operate over 5m sq. ft. of lettable space with more than 4,000 customers. Every month, we receive around 1,000 inquiries from potential customers and sign approximately 100 deals. YAVICA’s real estate solution for Microsoft Dynamics will closely integrate with our existing Microsoft CRM solution and enable us to better analyze and use data in our decision-making processes,” says Dave Benson, CFO of Workspace.

Growth Through Customized Experiences

Crucially, investment in YAVICA’s FlexProperty solution will help provide Workspace with a more streamlined user experience.

“With the new platform, our users can look forward to more self-service and personalisation, allowing them to work more efficiently. With improved data integration, we can create more tailored reports. Ultimately, this should help drive continued improvements in customer service,” Dave Benson says.


Sign of a Bigger Trend for YAVICA

As a real estate software provider, Workspace is an important and interesting UK customer for YAVICA.

“Their business strategy of flexible multi-letting offices is interesting to us, and there is an exciting journey ahead in enabling the future of work,” says Mads Pihl Sørensen, CEO of YAVICA.

With already a handful of UK customers, and more in pipeline, it’s clear to Mads Pihl Sørensen that going to market in the UK and the investment in a local delivery and management team was the right decision in YAVICA’s growth strategy.

Workspace will have YAVICA’s solution implemented in 2023.
